Evenimentul se deschide la ora 17:00, iar accesul este liber, fiind permis, în conformitate cu normele în vigoare, exclusiv persoanelor care prezintă documente care să ateste că se încadrează în una dintre următoarele:
– sunt vaccinate împotriva virusului SARS-CoV-2 și pentru care au trecut 10 zile de la finalizarea schemei complete de vaccinare;
– au efectuat un test RT-PCR pentru infecția cu virusul SARS-CoV-2 și pot prezenta rezultatul negativ certificat al acestuia, nu mai vechi de 72 de ore;
– au efectuat un test antigen rapid pentru infecția cu virusul SARS-CoV-2 și pot prezenta rezultatul negativ certificat al acestuia, nu mai vechi de 48 de ore;
– se află în perioada cuprinsă între a 15-a și a 180-a zi ulterioară confirmării infectării cu virusul SARS-CoV-2.
IMPORTANT! Aceste documente trebuie încărcate pe platforma https://certificat-covid.gov.ro, care va genera un Certificat Verde Electronic UE (EU Digital COVID Certificate/Green Pass) cu cod QR, care va fi prezentat la intrarea în spațiul de desfășurare a evenimentului, însoțit de un act de identitate valid. Certificatul Verde Electronic poate fi prezentat în format tipărit sau electronic.
Purtarea măștii de protecție medicală/non-medicală este obligatorie pe întreaga durată de desfășurare a evenimentului.
ACCES MINORI
A) minorii cu vârsta până în 5 ani (inclusiv) nu trebuie să prezinte documente la intrarea în eveniment;
B) minorii cu vârsta cuprinsă între 6 și 11 ani (inclusiv) trebuie să prezinte rezultatul negativ certificat al unui test RT-PCR (nu mai vechi de 72 de ore) / rezultatul negativ certificat al unui test antigen rapid (nu mai vechi de 48 de ore) / dovada infectării cu SARS-CoV-2, dacă se află în perioada cuprinsă între a 15-a și a 180-a zi ulterioară confirmării infectării. De asemenea, aceștia trebuie să prezinte un document de identitate valid la intrare;
C) minorii cu vârsta cuprinsă între 12 și 18 ani trebuie să prezinte una dintre dovezile menționate la punctul B sau certificatul de vaccinare (pentru care au trecut 10 zile de la finalizarea schemei complete de vaccinare), alături de un document de identitate valid.
IMPORTANT! Aceste documente trebuie încărcate pe platforma https://certificat-covid.gov.ro, care va genera un Certificat Verde Electronic UE (EU Digital COVID Certificate/Green Pass) cu cod QR, care va fi prezentat la intrarea în spațiul de desfășurare a evenimentului, însoțit de un act de identitate valid. Certificatul Verde Electronic poate fi prezentat în format tipărit sau electronic.
*Minorii cu vârsta peste 5 ani trebuie să poarte mască.
* Copiii care nu au împlinit vârsta de 14 ani au acces în perimetrul evenimentului numai însoțiți de către un adult, părinte, reprezentant legal sau convențional, acesta fiind direct răspunzător de siguranța minorului. Minorii cu vârsta peste 14 ani trebuie să facă dovada vârstei cu un act de identitate valid, pentru a li se permite accesul neînsoțiți.
Toți participanții vor trece printr-un triaj observațional, urmat de prezentarea documentelor menționate mai sus. Triajul observațional constă în termoscanarea participanților, iar temperatura maximă admisă este de 37,3°C. În cazul în care un participant prezintă o temperatură mai mare de 37,3°C, termoscanarea va fi repetată. Dacă rezultatul celei de-a doua termoscanări nu este egal sau sub valoarea de 37,3°C, accesul acestuia nu va fi permis. Totodată, organizatorul își rezervă dreptul de a nu permite accesul persoanelor care prezintă simptome respiratorii (tuse, strănut, rinoree etc.) și/sau stare general alterată.
Accesul în eveniment nu va fi permis persoanelor care refuză parcurgerea triajului observațional.
Accesul se realizează doar prin zonele special amenajate, în condițiile menținerii unei distanțări fizice de 1,5m între participanți și va fi permis în limita capacității disponibile.
După parcurgerea triajului observațional și prezentarea documentelor cu privire la condițiile de acces, participanții vor trece printr-un control de securitate, iar toate gențile, rucsacurile, sacoșele și pachetele vor fi verificate de către personalul de securitate autorizat legal, în conformitate cu legea.
Organizatorul recomandă participanților să utilizeze geantă/ rucsac de mici dimensiuni.
Organizatorul îşi rezervă dreptul de a nu permite accesul în eveniment celor care refuză controlul de securitate sau persoanelor care sunt suspecte de punerea în pericol a celorlalți participanți sau a bunei desfășurări a evenimentului.
Este interzis accesul participanților cu:
– apă, băuturi răcoritoare, băuturi alcoolice, recipiente de sticlă sau plastic, mâncare, conserve;
– biciclete, trotinete, longboards, skateboards, role, patine cu rotile, segways, monociclu, hoverboards; Organizatorul pune la dispoziția publicului o parcare de biciclete la intrarea în eveniment;
– materiale toxice, inflamabile sau explozibile, spray-uri paralizante și articole pirotehnice;
– lasere, bannere, steaguri;
– arme, cuțite, lanțuri sau orice alte obiecte contondente / arme albe, substanțe interzise, droguri;
– drone sau alte echipamente care pot fi ridicate deasupra participanților.
* În fața scenei, zgomotul produs poate fi cu mult peste nivelul suportat de cei mici, prin urmare organizatorul recomandă folosirea căștilor speciale pentru protecția auzului copiilor.
* Spectacolele la scenă includ lumini puternice ce pot afecta persoanele epileptice.
* Pentru situații ce necesită asistență medicală, evenimentul asigură intervențiile de urgență cu ajutorul unor echipe medicale dedicate la fața locului.
* Persoanele cu dizabilități vor avea acces, cu un singur însoțitor, pe o platformă special construită pentru acestea în cadrul evenimentului.
Dovada vârstei
Comercializarea băuturilor alcoolice către persoane sub 18 ani este interzisă prin lege. Comercianții din perimetrul evenimentului pot solicita un act de identitate pentru a se asigura de vârsta consumatorilor.
Animale de companie
Accesul în eveniment cu câini este permis, cu mențiunea că aceștia trebuie ținuți în lesă, iar cei de talie mare trebuie să poarte botniță (posesorii animalelor sunt singurii responsabili de acțiunile animalelor lor). Participanții care aleg să vină cu animale de companie sunt obligați să păstreze curățenia în urma câinilor, în caz contrar se vor aplica sancțiuni, conform legii. Organizatorul recomandă, însă, participanților să nu vină cu animale de companie la eveniment, întrucât este estimată prezența unui public numeros, iar zgomotul produs poate fi cu mult peste nivelul suportat de acestea.
Curățenia
Pentru a păstra curățenia în zona evenimentului, vă rugăm să aruncați gunoiul și resturile menajere în pubelele special amenajate în locație.
FOTO/VIDEO
Pe perioada evenimentului, Organizatorul și presa acreditată au dreptul de a înregistra/fotografia evenimentul. Prin prezența în cadrul evenimentului, persoanele din public își dau acordul pentru apariția în fotografiile și înregistrările realizate și folosirea ulterioară a acestora de către organizator, în scop necomercial.
Organizatorul nu este responsabil pentru:
– furtul, pierderea sau distrugerea bunurilor personale;
– forță majoră.

The event opens at 5 PM, and the access is free, being allowed, in accordance with the rules in force, only to people who present documents certifying that they fall into one of the following:
– are vaccinated against the SARS-CoV-2 virus and for whom 10 days have passed since the completion of the complete vaccination schedule;
– have undergone an RT-PCR test for SARS-CoV-2 virus infection and show a certified negative result not older than 72 hours;
– have undergone a rapid antigen test for SARS-CoV-2 virus infection and show a certified negative result not older than 48 hours;
– are in the period between the 15th and 180th day following confirmation of SARS-CoV-2 virus infection.
IMPORTANT! These documents must be uploaded on the platform https://certificat-covid.gov.ro, which will generate the EU Digital COVID Certificate/Green Pass with a QR code, which will be presented at the entrance, accompanied by a valid identity document. The EU Digital COVID Certificate/Green Pass can be presented in physical or in electronic format.
Wearing a medical/non-medical protective face mask is mandatory throughout the event.
ACCESS FOR MINORS
A) minors up to 5 years old (inclusive) don’t have to present documents at the entrance;
B) minors aged 6-11 years old (inclusive) must present the certified negative result of an RT-PCR test (not older than 72 hours) / the certified negative result of a rapid antigen test (not older than 48 hours) / proof of SARS-CoV-2 infection, if they are in the period between the 15th and 180th day after the confirmation of the SARS-CoV-2 virus infection. They must also present a valid identity document at the entrance;
C) minors aged 12-18 years old must present at the entrance one of the proofs mentioned at point B or the vaccination certificate (for which 10 days have elapsed since the completion of the complete vaccination scheme), together with a valid identity document.
IMPORTANT! These documents must be uploaded on the platform https://certificat-covid.gov.ro, which will generate the EU Digital COVID Certificate/Green Pass with a QR code, which will be presented at the entrance, accompanied by a valid identity document. The EU Digital COVID Certificate/Green Pass can be presented in physical or in electronic format.
*Minors over the age of 5 must wear a mask.
*Minors under the age of 14 have access to the perimeter of the event only accompanied by an adult, parent, legal or conventional representative, who is directly responsible for the safety of the minor. Minors over the age of 14 must prove their age with a valid identity card in order to be allowed unaccompanied access.
All participants will go through an observational triage, followed by the presentation of the documents mentioned above. The observational triage consists in the termoscanning of the participants, and the maximum allowed temperature is 37.3°C. If a participant has a temperature higher than 37.3°C, the termoscanning will be repeated. If the result of the second termoscan is not equal to or below the value of 37.3°C, his/her access will not be allowed. At the same time, the organizer reserves the right not to allow access to persons with respiratory symptoms (cough, sneezing, rhinorrhea etc.) and/or general impaired condition.
Access to the event will not be allowed to people who refuse to go through the observational triage.
The access is made only through the specially arranged areas, in the conditions of maintaining a physical distance of 1.5 m between the participants and it will be allowed within the available capacity.
After completing the observation triage and presenting the documents regarding the access conditions, the participants will go through a security check, and all bags, backpacks and packages will be checked by legally authorized security personnel, in accordance with the law.
The organizer recommends that participants use a small bag/backpack.
The organizer reserves the right to prohibit access to the event to those who refuse the security check or to people who are suspected of endangering other participants or the proper conduct of the event.
ACCESS WITH THE FOLLOWING IS FORBIDDEN:
– water, soft drinks, alcoholic beverages, glass or plastic containers, food, cans;
– bicycles, scooters, longboards, skateboards, rollers, roller skates, segways, unicycles, hoverboards; The organizer makes available to the public a bicycle parking area at the entrance;
– toxic, flammable or explosive materials, paralyzing sprays and pyrotechnic articles;
– lasers, banners, flags;
– weapons, knives, chains or any other blunt objects, prohibited substances, drugs;
– drones or other equipment that can be lifted above the participants.
* In front of the stage, the noise produced can be much above the level borne by the little ones, therefore the organizer recommends the use of special headphones to protect children’s hearing.
* Stage performances include bright lights that can affect people with epilepsy.
* For situations that require medical assistance, the event provides emergency interventions with the help of dedicated medical teams on site.
* Children under the age of 14 have access to the perimeter of the event only accompanied by an adult, parent, legal or conventional representative, who is directly responsible for the safety of the minor. Minors over the age of 14 must prove their age with a valid identity card in order to be allowed unaccompanied access.
* People with disabilities will have access, with only one attendant, on a platform specially built for them at the event.
PROOF OF AGE
The sale of alcoholic beverages to people under 18 years of age is prohibited by law. Traders in the perimeter of the event can request an identity card to ensure the age of consumers.
PETS
Access with dogs in the event is allowed, with the mention that they must be kept on a leash, and the large ones must wear muzzles (animal owners are solely responsible for the actions of their animals). Participants who choose to come with pets are required to keep clean after the dogs, otherwise penalties will be applied, according to the law. However, the organizer recommends that participants leave their pets at home, as the presence of a large audience is estimated and the noise produced may be well above the level they bear.
CLEANING
To keep the event area clean, please dispose of rubbish and household waste in the specially designed bins on site.
PHOTO/VIDEO
During the event, the Organizer and the accredited press have the right to record/photograph the event. By being present at the event, the public agrees to appear in the photos and recordings made and their subsequent use by the organizer, for non-commercial purposes.
THE ORGANIZER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- theft, loss or destruction of personal property;
- force majeure
