Over the centuries, the ferocious rivalry between two families of great poets – Stradivarius and Guarneri – has led to heated controversy between supporters of one or another of them. Who was the biggest lustroot in the world?

The pianist Horia Mihail challenges two famous artists – violinists Liviu Prunaru (Stradivarius) and Gabriel Croitoru (Guarneri) to an exciting musical duel that will take place in several cities in Romania.

The only recital scheduled in Bucharest in the 8th edition of this national tournament will take place on 30 October 2018 at Teatrelli Hall.

The program will include songs of great popularity and virtuosity from the violin repertoire
